And the caterer is...........


    When we use words like 'eclectic' and 'unique' to describe The Lalumondiere as an event venue we are serious.   Eleanor Krautmann and Matt Tifenbrun (see our post dated 2/19/2010) have chosen Kirk Warner of Kirk's Traveling Kitchen to prepare the culinary feast for their September 25th, 2010 wedding celebration with us.  And a great choice it is!  Kirks' creativity has been enjoyed by many St. Louis diners in the past when he ran the kitchen of both 'King Louie's' and 'Savor' restaurants here.


   THis is the fun part.  Kirk has been known for his use of local purveyors for his sumptuous dishes and sauces.  Eleanor's family owns and operates "Bellew's Creek Farm", specializing in truly organic produce and Matt raises livestock and poultry.  Get the picture?  Guests will dine on delicacies not found on your average catering menu.  What a very personal touch to add to an event!  Creative, unique and eclectic.  We can hardly wait for dinner to be served!
